Another beautiful conversation with Mr.Sebbo “About two months ago I was researching some ‘natural’ options to help reduce ‘spikes’ in the early morning that Type 2 diabetics frequently have. This seems to be the worst time of the day for ‘high’ numbers. In many Type 2 diabetics checking your blood sugar when you wake up is very important. It is …
It is important to know key ‘numbers’ in your life that pertain to your health and/or exercise program or your daily regimen. Mr. Sebbo takes us through his experience with Blood Pressure & Heart Rate “I check my Blood pressure (BP) after every workout and sometimes at other times during the day. I would think that I had sprained my ankle and since I was an athlete (running, and participating in sports), I just surmised that I had tripped and fell or something hit my ankle while exercising. But, upon further examination that was not the …
How Mr.Sebbo manages his diabetic life using exercise. I walk three times a day at home or about 2.5- 3.5 miles. I also swim twice a week for 40 minutes at a time and lift light to medium weights (about 10-12 reps. max.). My walks are directly after my meals. There are some studies that show a 15 minute walk …
