Medical insurance for needy kids at Bukomolo Clinic

Namulondo Micheal is 2 years old (In photos with her grandama). Her mother died in December 2022 due to malaria. The mother was a teenager who dropped out of school during Covid19 pandemic. Namulondo now lives with her grandmother and she reports that Namulondo is sickly with episodes of convulsions.

Recently, Namulondo was enrolled into the new GWI program of PAT Legacy Fund as one of the needy children who need support. Among the benefits that Namulondo will get is the medical insurance cover at Bukomolo Clinic.

“We realized there are many disadvantaged children in Bukomolo community who are not reaching our clinic yet it’s important to help them. So, PAT Legacy program is identifying needy children such as Namulondo and I am calling upon individuals or organizations to join GWI by sponsoring these children” says GWI CEO.

The insurance package has routine general medical assessments, nutrition and treatment. The cost for each child per month is $8 US Dollar.
