Tailoring Program begins in Bukomolo

A tailoring program has started in Bukomolo village. The pioneering in-take are young mothers who failed to continue schooling due to Covid19. This program is to prepare these young mothers with skills to improve their living and as well nature their faith.

Majority are girls who failed to continue schooling due to effects of COVID19 and now are mothers.

Recently, GWI received a donation from a friend, Jennifer Hansen in USA to support start this program. The first in-take will include 15 students.

So far we have one sewing machine. We are sourcing for more sewing machines for these girls to comfortably learn. Reach out to GWI CEO, Grace Nakajje on gnakajje@yahoo.co.uk if you have any question or donation.
