Morgan with his mother and GWI Chief at Bukomolo Clinic

When you meet Morgan, the first thing he asks for is a Hi-5. He lifts his right hand for you to tap in. After, he will ask you for a book and pencil. But Morgan is not in school although he is 7 years old. He is lame. He suffered from hydrocephalus and spinal disorder which severely affected his limbs.

Morgan wants to go to school but has no support to walk. He can only crawl. His mother Naguti Logose says, the condition of her child forced her to run away from her husband’s family because they regarded her as a disgrace. She came to Bukomolo Clinic begging for help.

GWI is running a programme for Children with special needs. We connect these children with people willing to support such as surgery, medicines cost, wheel chairs, walking clatches and other basic needs.

We need $200 to buy Morgan a wheel chair.
